Ex-Prince Andrew Can Be Called as Witness in Fraud Trial

A High Court judge has ruled that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor can be called as a witness in a London fraud trial due to start in November. Turkish businessman Selman Turk is being sued by Nebahat Isbilen, who says he misled her over a £750,000 payment made to the then-duke in 2019, which was later refunded. Turk denies dishonesty. Andrew himself is not accused of any wrongdoing.
