Kaja Kallas, the EU's foreign policy chief, says many people in Brussels are still "traumatised" by Brexit and that closer ties with the UK must move step by step. Streeting said leaving the EU hurt Britain's economy and warned Brussels against protectionist "Made in Europe" rules.
