Essex woman dies in Spanish wildfire, partner remains critical

Lisa Fryett, from Canvey Island, passed away on July 28, having encountered a wildfire during her holiday near Bédar, Spain. Her partner, Simon Batchelor, also from Canvey Island, remains in a critical condition after their rescue from a mountainside. The Foreign Office is supporting the family, who said their hearts are "completely broken."
