Donald Trump has signed two new executive orders to restrict birthright citizenship, weeks after his previous attempt was rejected by the Supreme Court. One order expands definitions of non-citizens whose children cannot get citizenship, such as those with foreign government links or in terrorist groups. The other bans 'birth tourism,' where mothers come to the US to give birth for automatic citizenship.
