Court ruling could stop the Home Office deporting Albanian male trafficking victims

Three senior immigration judges decided that a 21-year-old victim forced to work in UK cannabis farms faced genuine danger in Albania. The panel issued new legal guidance noting widespread corruption and a total lack of shelters for adult men returning to the country. Albanians accounted for a quarter of all forced removals last year, and the government is considering an appeal.
