Court delays Peter Murrell proceeds of crime hearing until December

Former SNP chief executive Peter Murrell will return to court later this year after his proceeds of crime hearing was postponed until 7 December. The 61-year-old is serving more than five years in HMP Dumfries for stealing over £400,000 from the party. Both sides asked for the High Court in Edinburgh adjournment; MPs will also inquire into party funding oversight.
