Channel 4 has cancelled Married At First Sight UK after an external review following BBC Panorama rape and sexual misconduct allegations by female contestants, which the men deny. Series six will not air and the Second Married At First Sight spin-off is stopped. Chief executive Priya Dogra said the show had run its course and apologised for the women's distress. Reviewers found Ofcom duty-of-care compliance but flagged intimacy pressures and welfare gaps.
