Casemiro will leave Manchester United in May 2026, signing off with an emotional salute to supporters after a vital win over Tottenham. At 34, the Brazilian ends his United spell by answering past criticism, including Jamie Carragher’s 2024 comments following a heavy Crystal Palace loss. He reinvented himself under Erik ten Hag and Rúben Amorim, turned down lucrative Saudi interest, and departs on his terms—leaving football chief Jason Wilcox with a costly midfield rebuild ahead.
