Burnham urged to rejoin EU as Londoners back move

Andy Burnham is under increasing pressure to build closer ties with the EU as a new poll shows two-thirds of Londoners would vote to rejoin. The Savanta UK survey found 67% of Londoners would vote to rejoin if a referendum was held. London Mayor Sadiq Khan is leading calls within the Labour Party for Britain to rejoin the European bloc.
