Burnham plans income tax share for 14 regional mayors.

Andy Burnham plans to allocate a portion of income tax receipts to England's 14 regional mayors, to be used for local infrastructure and job creation. The new Prime Minister's extensive devolution plans are expected to be revealed next week by No 10 North in Manchester. Sir Sadiq Khan, the Mayor of London, could see his spending powers significantly boosted.
