Andy Burnham wants assisted dying debate delayed until care funding is fixed

The original proposed law got through the House of Commons under Sir Keir Starmer, but it eventually failed in the Lords. Another backbench MP now plans to bring the legislation back, while Burnham told Sky News his stance will not change.
