Why do winds change?
During a solar eclipse, the sudden drop in temperature as the sun's light is blocked causes the ground to cool rapidly. This cooling changes how air moves, leading to shifts in wind speed and direction, much like what happens during a normal sunset. It's a direct atmospheric response to the lack of solar radiation.
