Solar eclipse causes odd changes in wind, animals, and radio waves

Rare partial solar eclipse can bring strange happenings, from changes in wind to animals acting wildly. Wind speed and direction shift as the ground cools when the sun disappears, similar to sunset. Researchers also noted that Galapagos tortoises began mating and giraffes ran around during the 2017 eclipse.
