What is jet lag?

Jet lag is a temporary sleep problem that can affect anyone who travels across multiple time zones. Your body's internal clock, or circadian rhythm, gets out of sync with the new local time, leading to tiredness, difficulty sleeping, and other symptoms. Qantas's 'wellness zone' aims to help passengers manage this on their 22-hour flights.
