What are PIP payments?

Personal Independence Payments (PIP) are regular payments from the government to help with extra living costs if you have a long-term physical or mental health condition or disability. They're not means-tested, meaning your income or savings don't affect eligibility. PIP helps with daily living costs and mobility needs.
