Explained in plain English

How do bats get into homes?

Bats are small and can squeeze through tiny gaps, like cracks in foundations, open windows, or even uncapped chimneys. They might be looking for shelter or a place to roost. Finding one in your home, especially in an unexpected place like a bedroom, is rare but can happen, as Dr Edelman discovered.
