US criticizes UK policing after student's false arrest

Pressure on policing and politics has grown after US officials criticised “two-tiered policing” and offered condolences following the Southampton student's death. Earlier footage showed 18-year-old Henry Nowak being handcuffed after false racial-abuse claims by Vickrum Digwa, 23, before protests broke out nearby.
