The former Duchess of York has been staying at a Swiss chalet since losing her royal titles last October. The 66-year-old is about to rent a six-bedroom place in the home counties, having collected her things from Sandringham this week. Her ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, recently had to leave their shared Windsor house because of his own ties to the child sex offender.
