Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is preparing to meet Donald Trump in Florida on Sunday for crucial peace talks aimed at ending the nearly four-year war. The meeting comes after Russia launched a devastating overnight assault on Kyiv with approximately 500 drones and 40 missiles, killing at least two people and cutting power to over one million homes. Zelenskyy characterized the massive strike as Russia's response to ongoing US-brokered peace efforts and evidence that Putin doesn't want peace.
