Zelensky says US, Ukraine and Russia will hold three-way talks in November

Ukraine's presidential adviser Serhii Beskrestnov rejected Elon Musk's claim that Kyiv's army used Starlink, the satellite internet service, for offensive drone strikes. He said Starlink drones in Ukraine are speed-limited and don't work over Russian territory, so deep strikes are physically impossible. Zelensky also said Ukraine is ready for technical-level talks, but says territory can only be discussed by leaders.
