Miliband energy levies make power too expensive
Extra charges on energy bills, championed by Ed Miliband, are making electricity too expensive and slowing Britain's clean energy shift. The Climate Change Committee, an independent watchdog, urged the government on Wednesday to remove these policy costs from bills.
