UK May Step Into Paramount Warner Bros Deal

Britain said on Tuesday it may step into Paramount Skydance Corp's proposed $110 billion purchase of Warner Bros Discovery because of concerns about media plurality and on-demand programming. Companies have until July 6 to respond, before any formal intervention decision.
