ICE agent shoots, kills 37-year-old mother in Minneapolis.
In Minneapolis, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents shot and killed Renee Nicole Good, 37, on January 7, 2026. Good, a US citizen and mother of three, resided in the Twin Cities. The incident occurred during federal immigration enforcement. According to the Minneapolis City Council, Good was assisting neighbours at the time. Eyewitnesses challenge claims of self-defence, alleging agents fired repeatedly into her car. Video footage apparently supports this. The death has prompted vigils and widespread anger.
