Jake Richards, the sentencing minister, billed taxpayers for flights costing about twenty four thousand pounds during a four-day visit to Missouri and Illinois in July. The trip included stops to meet local officials and visit the Barack Obama Presidential Centre alongside four staff members. While abroad, he also appeared to watch England play Argentina in the World Cup.
