Young people's job chances are 'wobbling', with over a million now not working or studying, and big shops are worried. Bosses from major supermarkets and M&S are writing to Keir Starmer, urging him to create a taskforce to help. The British Retail Consortium, representing 200 members, drafted the letter warning the 'ladder of opportunity' is unstable.
