Kyiv hit by huge Russian drone and missile attack
Residents in Kyiv rushed to shelters after explosions and fires broke out across parts of the Ukrainian capital overnight. Russia launched a large drone and missile assault early on Saturday, with Ukrainian officials reporting damage to homes and at least three injuries. Volodymyr Zelenskiy warned beforehand that intelligence from Ukraine, the United States and Europe suggested Russia could use the Oreshnik ballistic missile.
