London tube strikes hit most lines Tuesday

Passengers face major travel disruption as most Underground lines will be affected by walkouts. Tube drivers are striking over Transport for London's proposal to change working patterns from five to four days. Circle and Piccadilly lines expect no service, whilst other routes will have reduced schedules.
