Unison backs Ed Miliband for top finance job
Decisions on taxes, growth and public services could be shaped by who takes charge of the Treasury in a possible new administration. On 25 June, Unison publicly supported Ed Miliband to handle the economy if Andy Burnham forms a government, with Andrea Egan favouring him over Wes Streeting.
