UK-EU summit: July still on, but visa hurdle remains

People waiting for easier travel, study and business links between Britain and Europe may face a longer wait while negotiations continue. Officials on both sides still expect a UK-EU meeting to take place in July, despite talk it could slip to autumn after slow progress on key issues. Maroš Šefčovič said a plan for under-30s to move on three-year visas remains a leading EU priority.
