Michael Carrick becomes United's permanent manager
Under Michael Carrick's leadership, Manchester United qualified for the Champions League and finished third in the Premier League with certainty. The 44-year-old, who had assumed temporary control in January after Ruben Amorim's dismissal, was officially appointed as the head coach, signing a two-year agreement.
