British court approves San Diego extradition, ends 21-year run.
A UK judge has cleared the way for Daniel Andreas San Diego to be sent to the United States, bringing a 21-year pursuit to a close. The 47-year-old was arrested in November 2024 near Maenan in Wales after years of eluding the FBI. US prosecutors allege he planted three nail bombs at California company offices in 2003 connected to Huntingdon Life Sciences. Judge Goozée rejected his legal challenge, approving extradition. If convicted, San Diego could spend decades in a US prison.
