US and Iran reach deal to end war, Trump says it is complete
Pakistan announced on Sunday that the United States and Iran have reached a peace deal calling for the immediate and permanent end of military operations on all fronts, after months of mediation by Islamabad. President Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social that the deal was complete, authorising the toll-free reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and the immediate removal of the US naval blockade. Pakistan said a formal signing ceremony will be held in Switzerland on 19 June.
