More Mandelson messages with ministers made public

New documents about Lord Mandelson's time as US ambassador are out today, which could cause fresh headaches for the government. The second batch of files, forced by MPs, includes over a thousand pages of his WhatsApps and emails with ministers and officials. This release is one of the largest government publications ever laid in Parliament.
