Morrisons to close 100 shops, M&S shutting 14 cafés over costs
Morrisons will close 100 convenience stores over the coming months, with hundreds of jobs jeopardised due to increased operating expenses. Seven specific locations across York and the North East are included in the closures. Marks & Spencer is also shutting 14 in-store cafés this summer as it reorganises its product ranges and customer experience.
