Trump's Golden Dome costs $1.2 trillion
America's new missile defence system will cost seven times more than originally planned and might not protect against major attacks. The Congressional Budget Office estimates the Golden Dome will need $1.2 trillion over twenty years, far above the initial $175 billion budget. Officials warn the system could be overwhelmed by full-scale attacks from Russia or China.
