IDF conducts 26 strikes in Beirut stronghold
The Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) conducted 26 airstrikes in southern Beirut on Friday. This broad-scale operation targeted Hezbollah strongholds, including a command centre and a place to store unmanned aerial vehicles. The military said the aim was to degrade the group's operational capabilities. They also stated that steps were taken to reduce risk of harm to civilians.
