The new Russian missile threatens hopes for peace
Hopes for a lasting peace in Ukraine have lessened after both countries accused each other of violating a recent truce. US President Donald Trump announced a three-day ceasefire from 9 to 11 May, including a swap of 1,000 prisoners. Russia also test-fired a new intercontinental ballistic missile, which President Putin called the "world's most powerful".
