Frontier will add Starlink Wi-Fi to more than 180 planes
Frontier said it will refit its entire fleet of more than 180 aircraft, with the first Starlink-equipped plane expected to enter service in 2027. The budget airline said passengers will get internet through a new system managed directly by Starlink, while staff will also use it to improve day-to-day operations. Other Indigo Partners airlines plan to fit Starlink on more than 1,000 aircraft in total.
