Workers lose almost 6 hours weekly 'botsitting' AI
It turns out UK workers are losing nearly six hours a week just getting their AI tools to actually work. The Work AI Institute, an AI research group, says this "botsitting" happens because 36% of AI sessions fail outright or need substantial reworking. In fact, for every hour of AI output, staff spend roughly another hour just making it usable.
