Woman found chained by neck in Brazil, allegedly by ex-boyfriend

Emiliane Tamara Nunes Carvalho, 24, was rescued by police in Brazil after being missing for five days. She was found tied with ropes and handcuffs to a mattress in her ex-boyfriend's house. Police allege her ex-partner, Ailton Rodrigues de Souza, kidnapped her after she broke up with him.
