14,000 cancer patients get quicker NHS jab
Thousands of cancer patients across the UK will now spend much less time in hospital for their regular treatment. NHS England has introduced an injectable form of Keytruda, a key cancer drug, which cuts administration time from over an hour to just a couple of minutes. Approximately 14,000 cancer patients in England begin a course of Keytruda each year, with most expected to switch to the new jab.
