Why NHS waits created an unregulated AI health system
Using AI chatbots for health advice instead of doctors creates an unregulated system and raises safety concerns. A UK study by King's College London found one in seven people are doing this, with 15% of those polled turning to chatbots. One in four of these users cited long NHS waiting lists, and a fifth didn't seek professional opinions.
