Why Iran allegedly sent a hit squad to London

A London court heard on Monday that a journalist's 2024 stabbing was a planned attack. Pouria Zeraati, an Iran International Farsi-language journalist, was stabbed in the leg in west London by a team of Romanian men. Prosecutors claim these men acted as proxies for the Iranian government; two defendants deny wounding with intent charges.
