A great white shark off the Western Australian coast has a rare catch-and-kill order issued after swimmer Greg O'Neill, 63, was killed on Friday. Beaches including those in Perth are closed until Sunday as police search for the shark, believed to be 2.5m long. It's the third fatal shark attack in the state this year, and the first kill order there in 10 years.
