West Tower residents leave homes after power cut

Many residents are leaving a luxury Manchester skyscraper. This follows a major power cut at the 44-storey West Tower on Deansgate, which managers don't expect to fix until Monday 13th April 2026. The power has been off since Wednesday night, with residents offered reimbursement up to £120 per night for alternative accommodation.
