West Indies cricket legend Sir Garry Sobers dies aged 89
Sir Garry Sobers, widely considered the greatest all-rounder in cricket history, has died at the age of 89. His Test career for West Indies began in 1954 and spanned two decades, during which he accumulated 8,032 runs and secured 235 wickets. In 1968, Sobers became the initial batter to achieve six sixes within a solitary over in first-class cricket.
