Washington picks a fight with Brussels over Musk's blue tick fine
The US Justice Department applied on Thursday to join Musk's fight against a €120m fine on X at the European Union's General Court. The European Commission fined X last December over paid blue ticks, advert transparency and researcher access, and Washington says it overstepped its jurisdiction. Brussels said on Friday it would defend the fine, and judges must first decide whether to admit the US.
