Experts want guardrails on AI in war, Trump says he's enough
Experts told The Independent that artificial intelligence in war needs guardrails, while Trump has said the only guardrail the technology needs is a strong, smart president. A Russian drone that picked its own target killed three Ukrainian civilians in July, the New York Times reported. In a King's College London study in February, leading chatbots threatened nuclear strikes in 95 per cent of simulated crises.
