Wanted Brookside actor Philip Foster found living in Spain after 15 years
An ECHO investigation has revealed former Brookside actor Philip Foster, a wanted fraudster, was living in Spain for at least 15 years. He was found 500km north of where authorities believed, in the Orihuela Costa area, after defrauding thousands out of an estimated £13.6 million. Last year, Foster received an eight-and-a-half-year prison sentence in absentia for operating a fraudulent modelling agency.
