Wales activates crisis plans as wildfires burn without helicopters

Multiple wildfires have prompted the Welsh government to implement "crisis management arrangements" across north and south Wales. Natural Resources Wales said they could not get aerial support because contracted helicopters are already fighting fires in England and Scotland. In south Wales, firefighters are entering their third day of combating a significant fire.
